What You’ll Do
- Oversee direct reports
- Recruit, train, and assess personnel
- Plan and schedule labor, production, and delivery
- Expand market share
- Travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of leadership experience within manufacturing or distribution
- Experience with freight carriers (LTL and/or TL is desirable)
