Who They Are
We are working with a $225M, privately-held manufacturer in the commercial building envelope space that is in an extreme growth phase. They have retained us to find them a Field Sales Manager to join their team as they continue to grow in the Northeast market. This person will be responsible for calling on their well-established distribution partners and pulling through sales with area contractors and general contractors.
What You’ll Do

This person will be responsible for calling on their well-established distribution partners and pulling through sales with area contractors and general contractors.
What You’ll Do
- Establish strong relationships with key installer accounts
- Identify new account opportunities while nurturing existing ones
- Monitor and report competitive activity
- Manage the installer engagement program
- 5+ years of construction/building product sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong leadership skills
