This company is looking to add a Production Manager to be responsible for leading and integrating all production-related functions, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. This role would provide end-to-end leadership across assembly, machining, warehouse and logistics, shipping, HSE, procurement, and manufacturing engineering, with direct accountability for delivery, safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement!
What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate all production activities
- Lead, coach, and develop the operations leadership team
- Oversee warehouse operations, material flow, and inventory
- Lead procurement activities
- Develop and execute production plans
- Monitor and improve KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple functions
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
