We are working with a company in the architectural metals space that is looking to add a Project Manager on Long Island. The role focuses on managing projects after award, overseeing shop drawings, coordinating schedules, reviewing scope and takeoffs, and working closely with customers and internal teams to keep projects moving through fabrication. It is primarily an in-office role with limited site visits and no responsibility for field crews or permits!

What You’ll Do
- Manage architectural metal panel projects
- Review project scope and perform material takeoffs
- Oversee development and coordination of shop drawings and project submittals
- Monitor project progress and address issues related to scope, materials, and scheduling
- Coordinate field measurement scheduling
- Experience in construction project management, architectural metals, facade systems, or related building envelope products
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
