Who They Are
We are working with a leader in PVF solutions who has an aggressive mindset toward growth. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the Southeast to manage distributor, contractor, and agency relationships. This person will have full autonomy in the territory and have significant support behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute yearly joint business plans with manufacture representative in the region and assigned key accounts
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to representative sales staff
  • Provide customer program requests from the representative sales teams for review
  • Seek out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives
  • Remote position, but domestic travel required 75% of the time monthly

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 7 years’ related experience
  • Existing relationships within plumbing wholesale and contractor channels is preferred
  • Knowledge of major account sales and the construction market is required
  • Experience in distribution and an understanding of the independent manufacturer rep model is required
