Who They Are
We have been retained by one of the largest insulation manufacturers in the industry. They are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to achieve key sales objectives by working with key distributors and adding new revenue accounts.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure all tasks are performed safely and promote a secure work environment
  • Create quarterly and annual strategic business plans to achieve budgeted sales targets in the designated region
  • Develop promotional strategies for the region in collaboration with marketing for both on-site and off-site events and promotions
  • Recommend and implement sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis
  • Analyze business data and sales trends for key accounts, providing monthly recommendations for strategic business plans
  • Establish sustainable partnerships with distributors, national builders, and key accounts by highlighting the value of the company’s brand, products, and support staff
  • Build, coach, and lead a professional sales team responsible for sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Set the vision for the region and develop a business plan to achieve this vision
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identifying factors that impact the current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
  • Oversee special projects as assigned

What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in, Sales, Marketing or Business (preferred) and/or 5-7 years of sales and 3-5 years of sales management experience
  • Experience in marketing planning, translating commercial strategy into practical marketing plans
  • Ability to regularly travel across the Midwest
