**Who They Are**
We have been retained by one of the leading and fastest-growing underlayment and house wrap manufacturers in the US. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee roughly $7M in business across the mountain states, managing an established distribution network, while generating demand downstream with builders, contractors, and commercial specifiers.

**What You'll Do**




- 70% working downstream with builder/contractor/commercial specifiers in demand creation and pull-through sales

- 30% working with distribution


**What You'll Need**




- Building materials experience

- Previous relationships with large production builders, roofing contractors, and framers 

- Proactive approach to business development

- Strong relationship management skills

- Ability to navigate complex and lengthy sales cycles
