**Who They Are**
We are working with a $750 million roofing manufacturer that is a division of a multi-billion dollar building products conglomerate. They are looking for a Sales Representative to come into a very well-established region in the Eastern and Central Montana market that's only open because of an internal transfer. This person will manage all of their 1-step relationships while also focusing heavily on demand creation at the contractor level! The ideal candidate will have roofing experience, but strong exterior product knowledge; selling through the channel is a minimum.

**What You'll Do**




- Negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections

- Create and enhance relationships with new and current customers


- Act as a primary sales agent for contact with distributors, roofing contractors, homeowner groups, and others in the region

- Keep fully informed regarding competitor developments

- Work with established 1-steppers (QXO, ABC, SRS, etc.) with a heavy expectation of demand creation with contractors


**What You'll Need**




- Bachelor's degree

- Proven work experience as a sales representative in a related field

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
