They are an employee-owned ESOP and have expanded into new markets several times over the past 5–7 years, consistently growing sales in those regions. They are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow Ohio and Western Pennsylvania, with occasional coverage into Michigan.
What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Call on builders, contractors, architects, and distribution partners
- Manage and grow existing business in the territory
- Develop new customer relationships and create product demand
- Strengthen relationships with distribution partners
- Expand the company’s presence across Ohio and Western Pennsylvania
- Occasionally cover customers in Michigan
- 3–5+ years of outside sales experience
- Building materials or related industry experience preferred
- Experience calling on builders, contractors, architects, and distributors
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- Ability to manage and grow a territory independently
- Willingness to travel throughout Ohio and Western Pennsylvania with occasional travel into Michigan
