The Bridger Group is excited to announce our new Talent Acquisition Lead, Cheyanna Sayers. She’ll be recruiting talented industry professionals in the Grand Rapids area to join our exceptional team. Cheyanna officially joined the team the first week of December, immediately hitting the ground running in her new role.
Cheyanna comes from a four-and-a-half-year tenure in sales recruiting for the insurance industry. She graduated from Baylor University with a dual degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing but ultimately found her passion in connecting people with amazing opportunities to help them further their careers. Her work is driven by her incredible people skills as much as it is her strategic mindset.
“Nothing beats seeing someone I hired absolutely crush it,” she says. “Watching their success unfold, and knowing I played a small part in that, is easily the best part of my job.”
While Cheyanna was born and raised in Arizona, she and her fiancé currently call Texas home, and she’ll remotely recruit team members for our Grand Rapids office from her southern home.
