We’re big on celebrating success. Every year our sales team members can earn a spot on an all-expense-paid vacation with their coworkers to a different exciting location.

Generally, ~90% of our sales team who have worked here for 2+ years qualify for the trip each year, but—like anything else at The Bridger Group—only you have the power to make it happen. Qualifying is based entirely on work output and reaching sales goals, so your destiny is in your own hands.

We’re looking for top talent to help find top talent. Here are the roles we’re currently hiring for.

Associate role is responsible for recruiting candidates for job openings in a timely manner. This role also offers the opportunity for developing job openings with new and existing clients. You’ll be expected to become knowledgeable about your assigned industry as well as the positions and titles of those working within it.

Responsibilities

  • Market top candidates to new and existing clients based on pre-determined needs
  • Identify decision makers within organizations and leverage industry knowledge to secure job openings Call prospective clients to introduce them to The Bridger Group’s service offerings
  • Recruit and deliver high-qualified candidates using market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
  • Identify potential Impact Players to proactively market to clients and prospects
  • Create and use marketing, recruiting and voicemail scripts
  • Call prospective candidates to introduce them to current opportunities
  • Create a consistent communication plan for developing candidate and client relationships while maintaining a record of all communications
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of each candidate’s skills, abilities, experience, and willingness to make a career change
  • Qualify candidates through detailed interviews to access skills, abilities, and experience
  • Align candidates with opportunities for which they are a “best fit”
  • Continually pre-close and close the candidate and client on the opportunity for which they are being presented

Compensation

  • Base Salary, commensurate on experience
  • 25% Billing Credit on placements made
  • 15% Commission on all cash-in
  • Quarterly Bonuses based on assigned KPIs

Compensation

  • Monthly Draw
  • Up to 100% Billing Credit on placements made from job openings developed by you
  • Up to 50% Billing Credit on placements made from job openings developed by others
  • Tiered Commission starting at 35% on cash-in
  • Cash-in bonuses up to $6,000, based on levels on cash-in
  • Quarterly Bonuses up to $2,000 based on assigned KPIs
