They’re creating a Chief Customer Officer role to own the complete customer experience from initial contact through final installation. The company has experienced rapid growth, but now needs operational discipline across customer-facing functions. The CCO will unify currently siloed teams (sales, marketing, project management, project design, customer service, installation) under a single P&L accountability!
