What You’ll Do
- Build and lead a high-performing team
- Own category strategies and translate them into regional channel playbooks
- Drive vendor and sourcing strategies
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience with product and category management
- Experience in building materials or adjacent B2B distribution
