Location: Phoenix AZ
Industry: Millwork, Doors, Windows, Trim & Panels
Who They Are
We’re working with one of the largest millwork manufacturers in North America to hire on a Sales Manager in Arizona. They’re looking for someone to lead a team of four outside sales reps across the state. This isn’t a traditional “office manager” position; you’re expected to be out in the market with your team, riding along, coaching sales calls, helping pursue new business, strengthening relationships with key accounts, and stepping in to help close larger opportunities. You won’t have your own territory or personal quota, so your focus stays on making the entire team more successful.
