We’re working with a 43-year-old, 3rd-generation, family-owned company expanding across Detroit and Toledo. Due to rapid growth, they are looking to add a Territory Sales Manager who will walk into $6M of sales and be charged with managing and expanding that business. They are one of the fastest-growing window manufacturers in the region and need someone with strong building products knowledge and a drive to develop new business.
What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow existing dealer accounts
- Establish new dealer relationships within the territory
- Travel weekly throughout Michigan and Ohio
- Conduct product training and sales support for dealer teams
- Support customers and expand market presence
- Sales experience (windows, doors, storm doors, building materials, or home improvement preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivation with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Willingness to travel weekly
- Must live within the assigned territory
