Jackson Brown
People are at the core of everything Jackson does: sales, ministry, coaching, and now recruiting. He has a passion for learning about others and helping them grow, learning about their motivations as he helps them determine where they’re going next. Outside of work he’s a big fan of podcasts, roots proudly for the Detroit Lions, spends time with his friends and family, or whips something new up in the kitchen.
Noah Slater
If there’s one thing Noah loves, it’s connecting with people. Every conversation is an opportunity for him to get to know someone better and better understand their desires, hopes, and dreams. He takes it a step further, using his insights to turn those desires into actions to help others achieve their goals. He brings the same positivity and energy to the other areas of his life including being a football fan, reading, working out, and participating in various nerdy activities.
Connor Hamm
Having most recently lived in Chicago with his fiancée and their dog, Connor is excited to join The Bridger Group at our Grand Rapids, MI office. He’s a social guy who loves connecting people, so being able to pair companies with candidates is a dream. He learned his work-hard-play-hard mentality from his dad, and he hopes to never stop learning new things. His background is in client management with a degree in Sports Business Management from The University of Olivet and an MBA from Heidelberg University.
