What You’ll Do
- Lead facility production with a team of ~40 people
- Manage facility maintenance, continuous improvement, and help build out new lines
- Scale and build out shifts
- Coach internal operations team members, fostering talent and acting as a mentor
What You’ll Need
- Experience in plant management/as a plant manager
- Experience in stategizing and implementing continuous improvement measures
- Experience as a good, effective people-leader, coach, and mentor
