- Manage projects in Traverse City, MI
- Manage and coordinate the team members, contractors, and other vendors to successfully complete projects
- Provide administrative leadership and coordination of the project team to achieve corporate and project goals
- Ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget
- Develop and oversee the implementation of project safety programs
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the project quality control program
- Make appropriate recommendations to management for individual and team training
- Commercial construction experience serving as either a Project Manager or an Estimator
