What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support Customer Service Representatives
- Monitor workload distribution and support daily scheduling
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, training needs, and workflow efficiencies
- Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
