What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and support Customer Service Representatives
  • Monitor workload distribution and support daily scheduling
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, training needs, and workflow efficiencies
  • Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
