Our client is one of the largest residential lighting manufacturer in the U.S. that supports high-end builders and design firms with over 50 company-owned showrooms in every major market in the U.S. They are looking for a Director of Sales to oversee a $170M region of independent rep agencies calling on the A&D community and regional high-end builders.

What You’ll Do
  • Monitor independent showroom sales reporting
  • Strategic account management and new market development
  • Recruit, train, develop, and coach a professional sales team
  • Support new showroom location development as needed
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales management experience
  • 5+ years of selling to residential home builders
