This role will provide strategic and commercial leadership for all electrical distribution channel sales activities across North America. They’re responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding market penetration and strengthening relationships with key electrical distributors and contractor networks. The position requires experience selling through electrical distribution and working closely with manufacturers’ representatives, distributors and electrical contractors.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the development/execution of the channel strategy
- Identify growth opportunities,
- Ensure strong alignment with corporate objectives
- Manage 4 direct reports running distribution and rep agency accounts
What You’ll Need
- Experience selling through a 2-step distribution model is required
- Experience with electric heating is preferred, but not required
