They are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of direct reports consisting of production engineers, CAD designers, and technical aftermarket support members.

They are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of direct reports consisting of production engineers, CAD designers, and technical aftermarket support members.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new engineering talent
- Lead custom engineering projects for pressure vessels, electric boilers, and packaged water heaters
- Develop and maintain engineering standards, design specifications, and calculation templates
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- PE License preferred
- 7+ years in pressure vessel design
- 2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership or project management role
- Proficiency with CAD software
