Who They Are
We’ve partnered with one of the major global manufacturers of commercial furniture to support their search for a Global Account Manager in the DC area. They are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused, results-driven candidate with a proven ability to think strategically. The ideal candidate would have an understanding of the contract furniture industry and distribution models. This role will focus on 10-15 key accounts in the DC market and will require a “long game”-focused selling mentality.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead business development with complex, global accounts
  • Foster business relationships spanning long sales cycles (3-6 years)
  • Initiate and cultivate relationships with Fortune 1000 companies
  • Convert prospects into long-term partnerships

What You’ll Need
  • 7+ years of selling experience
  • Commercial interiors background (dealership background acceptable)
  • Strong communication skills, including presentations, proposals, and action plans
