A leading architectural building-products manufacturer is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for its Denver operation with an outstanding opportunity to make a measurable impact on the plant.
What You’ll Do
- Lead manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
- Improve production flow and efficiency
- Manage kitting and material flow initiatives
- Implement continuous improvement processes
- Identify and resolve equipment and process issues
- Conduct audits and maintain documentation
- Work closely with Maintenance, Safety, Quality, and plant leadership
- 2–3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
- Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, or process optimization
- Understanding of material flow and manufacturing processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment
- Glass industry experience is a plus, not required
