What You’ll Do
- Lead a $30M facility with 30 people
- Hire and fire in a new facility
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment as a Production Supervisor, Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or a similar leadership role
- Must have managed 10+ direct reports
