- Own responsibility for the company’s P&L
- Oversee sales and operations strategy
- Handle hiring senior leadership (CFO, VP of Sales, Director of HR)
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the company to $50M in five years
What You’ll Need
- Experience in operations and sales leadership
- Experience having full responsibility for a P&L
- Background in the commercial interiors space
