They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee roughly $8M in business across six, manage a team of two, as well as independent rep firms. This individual does not need to have management experience, but a desire to lead and a proven background in growing a region!
What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Call on builders, roofing contractors, and end-users
- Lead and execute regional business development and sales strategies
- Pull through distribution sales
- Manage territory sales reps and rep firms
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in building materials sales
- Sales management experience
- Experience driving specifications with builders, roofers, framers, and commercial developers
