Who They Are
Our client is a 140-year-old, privately held, $100M manufacturer of Education Furniture. They are looking for a regional sales manager to operate as a “player/coach” seller, managing dealer and independent rep relationships while also driving sales through other influencers in the market. Compensation is competitive with a base in the low 6-figure range and uncapped monthly commission.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen the company’s presence within the Southeastern US territory
  • Develop and manage dealer networks, manufacturer representatives, and agents
  • Build relationships with architects, designers, school administrators, and end-users

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred OR equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE)
  • Ability to travel frequently
