The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales performance across the US Atlantic region, coach and develop Sales Managers, and drive profitable growth through strategic leadership and bold decision‑making. What You’ll Do
- Lead regional sales and margin performance by effectively managing multi‑location, multi‑representative sales teams.
- Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development to Sales Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain executive‑level customer relationships, leading strategic presentations, negotiations, and pricing discussions as needed.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- Serve as the pricing leader for the region, balancing competitiveness with disciplined margin management.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal partners to deliver customer‑centric solutions that support profitability and operational excellence.
- Ensure disciplined use of sales processes, CRM systems, and reporting tools to monitor performance, drive insights, and deliver results.
- Champion a performance‑driven, results‑oriented culture while supporting organizational change and growth initiatives
What You’ll Need
- Experience leading sales teams calling on 1-step distributors is required
- Knowledge of pre-hung doors is strongly preferred
- Experience scaling sales in a region is strongly preferred
