Who They Are
We have been retained by a $1.3B US-based organization and are the number one manufacturer in their space! They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to manage their Western US sales region. We are open to different product backgrounds, but ideally are looking for someone with residential exterior product experience.


What You’ll Do
  • Manage 9 district sales managers
  • Direct and manage regional sales force activities to maintain performance against established quotas
  • Direct customer sales efforts using point-of-sale materials and advertising programs
  • Ensure effective communication through all levels of sales, management, production, and customer service
  • Analyze the competitive landscape (products, pricing, promotions, innovations, etc.)
  • Analyze customer needs to support product forecasting, problem-solving, personnel training, and most other activities related to maintaining a sales force
  • Effectively manage and sell new products to current and new customers

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or 4-6 years related job experience
  • Ability to accommodate significant travel
  • Proficiency writing business programs letters
  • Ability to translate customer opportunity into new business
  • Experience/ability to efficiently work from home
  • Current residence in the Western US (relocation assistance is not available for this role)
