Our client is a multi-billion-dollar organization in the door industry seeking a Residential Builder Sales Manager to cover the Central U.S. This person will take over an existing book of business and focus on growing relationships with the largest residential builders in the country while working closely with the dealer network.
What You’ll Do
- Call on top 100 national builders throughout the assigned region
- Develop and grow relationships with national builder accounts
- Generate demand with large production builders
- Work closely with the dealer network to support and grow business
- Manage and expand an existing book of business
- 5+ years of experience calling on national builders
- Experience in a national account role working with large production builders
- Proven success developing business with national builder accounts
- Strong understanding of both builder and dealer relationships
- Experience in the door industry is not required
