Our client is a large, established building products distributor looking for a hands on Sales Manager to lead an approximately $20M region and a team of 5 sales people today expanding upwards of 8 reps total as region continues to grow. They have completed several acquisitions in Oregon and are now looking for someone to put their stamp on the market, develop the team and grow the business.
What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Establish accountability and performance discipline across the team
- Implement and reinforce standardized sales processes and best practices
- Execute across key channels, including cabinet makers, millworkers, commercial accounts, and K&B
- 5+ years in leadership in or around the product or channel
