Who They Are
We are working with a $900M North American manufacturer who’s top-two in their product space. They’re growing strongly and building their operational leadership bench. This will be a growth role within the company and will lead a successful operation in the Chicagoland area.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage a one-shift team of ~10 people, 6-7 of which are union employees, in manufacturing or customer-facing roles
  • Provide tactical leadership for the Service Center to deliver on the plan for the location
  • Develop manufacturing operating plans that deliver operating excellence in accordance with company policies, goals and objectives

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture is preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
  • Experience managing union employees preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
