We have been retained by one of the largest commercial roofing manufacturers in the US! They are in need of a Southeast Regional Sales Director to oversee over $60m in business, 5 direct reports, and 70 branches. We are looking for someone with low-slope commercial roofing experience and strong leadership experience. We are also looking to detail and technical knowledge of commercial roofing products.

What You’ll Do
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute regional sales plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and strategic partners
- Manage budgets and expenses effectively
- Manage and mentor Territory Managers
- 5+ years of experience in low-slope roofing
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience
- Strong technical background with low-slope roofing systems
- Willing to travel 50%
