What You’ll Do
- Responsible for personnel development by managing field foremen
- Involved in the recruitment, selection, placement, and evaluation process of all assigned individuals
- Develop good customer relationships
- College degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
- 3+ years of Superintendent experience
