- Establish and enforce technical standards and best practices
- Manage 4-5 direct reports
- Provide strategic technical direction aligned with the company’s growth objectives
- 10+ years of experience in low-slope roofing
- Experience leading/managing technical teams or programs
- Ability to travel 10-15%
