The Bridger Group is the largest independent search firm based in Grand Rapids. We are a second-generation, family-owned company and after 56 years are still as hungry to grow as ever! We service our clients nationally, specifically in the building materials and the commercial/residential interior space.

ABOUT SEARCH
Although consultative, recruiting is still a sales business; typically, recruiters are engaged only after client organizations have exhausted all other avenues. Our clients pay us a percentage of a candidate’s first year’s total identifiable compensation; that percentage typically ranges from 25-35%. They are paying us that amount with the expectation that we will present them with candidates that they could not find on their own and through their own efforts. Successful recruiters know they’re retained to provide long-term solutions to client problems, not just “fill empty chairs” in an organizational chart.

Our group is rapidly growing! We have gone from 13 people to over 37 people in the last 3 years. Our team is made up of 30 sales professionals including: 11 Associates, 6 Key Account Managers, 9 Senior Associates, 4 Partners, and 7 operational professionals.
