Brie is a social worker, turned outside sales representative, turned recruiter. She returns to Grand Rapids after 5 years in Chicago and brings with her top-performing sales experience to help candidates find the opportunities they didn’t even know they wanted. Growing up in and around the search industry, she’s 2nd generation and thrilled to be working in the family business. Brie has a bachelor's degree from Hope College and an MSW from THE University of Michigan (GO BLUE!). She also has 2 amazing German Shepherds and a passion for vinyl.

What inspires me: Better question would be who: My dad. It’s a privilege to be following in the footsteps of the person who led this search firm for more than 40 years. If I have a quarter of the success he’s had, I’ll consider myself immensely fortunate.

What I do when I’m not at work: Spend time with my family and friends, catch a 5 a.m. workout at Orangetheory Fitness, travel, or hang out with my dogs—my white German Shepherd, Sloane, and German Shepherd mix, Oliver, are still very much training and keep me busy!
