Jacob has always loved networking and working with people, so his passion now makes him a stellar recruiter! He is currently a girl dad, but soon will no longer be outnumbered, as he and his wife are eagerly expecting a baby boy. When Jacob is not with family or friends, he can be found midway up a route at the local bouldering gym.
