Kim comes from a strong IT business development background, which she dove into eagerly after running her own business supporting other small businesses and operations. As a natural problem-solver, she eagerly brings a robust, solutions-focused approach to pairing clients and candidates. She loves facilitating situations where everyone involved wins.
Outside her professional achievements, she’s a single mom of her 14-year-old daughter, Meenah, who she describes as “the light of [her] life.” She’s determined to always set a good example for her, which includes participating in some of their favaorite pasttimes: traveling, explorings, and watching anime.
