Scott Nikodemski

Born and raised in the Grand Rapids area, Scott not only finds excellent talent for our clients but walks with candidates from the very beginning of the search process through the offer stage, even providing assistance with resignations and counteroffer prep.

He earned his Bachelor of Business Adminstration from Alma College and has worked in sales and recruiting for his entire professional career. Outside of work, Scott is a big sports fan and even played basketball as a point guard at Alma. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Lyndsey, and their two children.
