Stephanie joined our team in 2018 with a background in helping people successfully navigate life’s major turning points. Her passion drives her work, and she excels at listening to individual needs, then matching them to the perfect candidates or opportunities. Stephanie is mother to a beautiful miracle, her 5-year-old daughter. She enjoys spending time outdoors and with extended family and friends at her cottage. She also has an unusual talent: the ability to recite the alphabet faster backward than forward—go ahead, ask her to prove it!

When I was a kid, my dream job was: Horse Trainer; I even practiced on brothers, setting up elaborate jump courses in the front yard and ‘coaching’ my ‘horses’ over them!
Hidden talent: I can say the alphabet faster backwards than I can say it forwards
My favorite part of recruiting is: I truly enjoy helping candidates and clients during major transitions in their lives and businesses! This means I am helping change candidate’s lives for the better and improving a client’s business at the same time!
What inspires me: My family! My amazing husband and our 2 year old daughter are the reason I get up each morning!

Favorite sports team: What’s sports ;) We are big Michigan Football fans at our house!
What I do when I’m not at work: During the summer, I am definitely in the water or on a boat at our family cottage! But, if I’m not playing with our daughter, and actually find a few spare minutes alone, I love to read! My most recent favorite book is The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah.
