Stephen thrives on helping people make the best decision for their career and life. His education in psychology and business has provided a solid foundation for his understanding of others’ motivations and insight into ways he can better serve them. As a kid, he was obsessed with beating his older brothers at video games, and that same competitive nature lives on in his desire for excellence. Stephen loves spending time with his growing family—from weekly Target and Starbucks runs to thrifting. He also has fun on the weekends as a Youth Leader at church.
