Due to immense growth, they are looking to bring on an Industrial Engineer to support the Engineering Manager and his team. They’re open to hiring someone fresh out of college for this role, especially if they hae HVAC-specific engineering knowledge.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
- Investigate and troubleshoot products or production issues, developing corrective actions to resolve quality problems
- Drive continuous improvement with lean manufacturing methods, procedures, and plans
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of automation projects
What You’ll Need
- B.S Engineering / Engineering Technology or equivalent experience with Mechanical, Civil, Material Science, Industrial and Architectural Engineering
- Experience with HVAC strongly preferred
- Ability to obtain PE license within 3-5 years
