What You’ll Do

They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee roughly $7M in business across the mountain states, managing an established distribution network, while generating demand downstream with builders, contractors, and commercial specifiers.
What You’ll Do
- 70% working downstream with builder/contractor/commercial specifiers in demand creation and pull-through sales
- 30% working with distribution
- Building materials experience
- Previous relationships with large production builders, roofing contractors, and framers
- Proactive approach to business development
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to navigate complex and lengthy sales cycles
