Our client is a very well known 2-step distributor out West looking for a Sales Manager to be their EWP expert at their Tumwater, WA location. Ideally this person will have experience in sales, technical and design with the importance in that order. This person needs to be the best resource possible for all their customers’ EWP questions. This position has a six-figure base and commission. They’re open to relocating the right person for this role.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a team of 6-7 designers
- Manage the whole EWP process
- Talk with customers to sell and answer their questions
What You’ll Need
- Sales experience
- Technical understanding of EWP products and process is strongly preferred
- Design experience is preferred
- Management experience is preferred, but not required
