We’re excited to share that Travis Lark has joined our team as our new Sales & Recruiting Trainer. His responsibilities in this role include ideating, developing, and executing industry trainings for both new and current employees.
He brings a long history in recruiting and staffing into the role, as well as a decade of experience excelling in sales. His varied professional history (spanning from retail to film to military service and beyond) provide him with unique insight into how the world works, what companies do, and what makes people tick. This makes it easy for him to connect with others, establishing trusting relationships quickly and laying strong groundwork for effective, collaborative educating. He’s passionate about pushing others to grow to their fullest potential, into a state of independence and creative confidence. He loves to see people become more proactive in their roles.
When he isn’t nurturing others’ professional growth, Travis enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter. He’s also a big fan of video games, reading a variety of books, watching all the movies (while judging them based on his experience in film!), and writing. He can also be found at the occasional Bible study, where he enjoys exploring the meaning in Scripture.
